SuperPro engineers have identified that the OEM front lower inner control arm rear bush life was almost equal to the life of the ball joint. As the ball joint is supplied only as part of the arm, this presented the need to service the complete arm. Innovative thinking from SuperPro has lead to the development of the Supaloy X-Trail Arm. The Supaloy arm is a light, strong, corrosion resistant, full replacement arm that incorporates both the ball joint and both front and rear bushings.

Vertical pivot bushes are now very commonly used by OEM engineers to precisely locate control arm pivot points to the chassis. This solution provides great benefits in location precision but has its own inherent weaknesses that can lead to premature failure.
SuperPro has developed a unique metal and polyurethane hybrid design for this demanding application. Combining the core strengths of SuperPro's engineered polyurethane coupled with a specialised metal ball joint, the DuroBall design delivers all the articulation benefits of a vertical pivot solution with greater durability and service life.

Twelve months of extensive research and development has gone into SuperPro’s bushing grease – specifically engineered to compliment the already outstanding performance of our polyurethane suspension bushes. The environmentally-friendly grease requires sparse application, making it cost effective to user. It offers nil-penetration into polyurethane, resulting in zero breakdown of the bushing, in turn providing consistent lubrication and exceptional wear-life.
SuperPro has developed a design bushing for various engine steady applications. The superior quality material used in the production of SuperPro products means this high performance bushing will reduce engine movement and minimise the transmission of high frequency vibrations by the use of a unique ‘turbo’ pattern.
